ComplyKit is designed as a local-first iPhone app for organizing small business compliance records. This policy explains what the app does with your information.

Information We Collect

ComplyKit does not collect personal data, does not create user accounts, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Information You Save in the App

You may choose to enter business profile details, document titles, permit or license information, dates, notes, tags, and document photos. This information is stored locally on your device by the ComplyKit app.

Photos and Attachments

If you add a document photo or attachment, ComplyKit uses the photo or file you select only for the record you create. The app does not upload those attachments to our servers.

Notifications

If you enable renewal reminders, ComplyKit uses local iOS notifications to remind you before selected records expire. Reminder settings and notification schedules stay on your device.

Sharing and Exports

ComplyKit can create a compliance packet that you may share using iOS sharing tools. You control whether, when, and with whom exported information is shared.

Backups

Information saved by ComplyKit may be included in device backups depending on your iOS and iCloud backup settings. Apple controls those backup services, not ComplyKit.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

ComplyKit does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

Children's Privacy

ComplyKit is intended for business organization and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as ComplyKit changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
